  • Full payment and commitment are required; no refunds after the session starts.
  • Cancellations: We allow a 50% refund if the program is canceled within 14+ days' notice; no refund for less than 14 days. This allows us to fill your spot if you’re unable to attend.
  • Sessions are 4-5 weeks; no refunds, transfers, or prorations for partial attendance or withdrawal once the program starts.
  • Medical exceptions may qualify for future credits with a doctor’s note (management discretion).
  • If the studio cancels, a full refund, credit, or transfer is offered.
  • Full participation is essential; missed sessions impact performance quality.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

  • Payments for full ‘pay upfront’ programs are required at registration.
  • All ‘pay weekly’ payments must be made in full by the end of the last session.
  • No refunds once the sessions begin.
  • Cancellation before the program start date:
    • 14+ days’ notice: 50% refund. Less than 14 days’ notice: No refund. This allows us time to fill your spot.

PROGRAM COMMITMENT

  • Each class within a 4-5 week program is integral to production quality.
  • Partial attendance or early withdrawal does not qualify for refunds or prorated fees.
  • Classes cannot be transferred to another person.

MEDICAL EXCEPTIONS

  • A valid doctor’s note is required for consideration.
  • May qualify for credit toward a future session (at management’s discretion).
  • Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of diagnosis.

STUDIO CANCELLATIONS

  • If COMPANYX  (operating as mckenziex) cancels a session:
    • A full refund or credit for a future session is provided.
    • Option to transfer to another available session offered.

PERFORMANCE/VIDEO PRODUCTIONS

  • Each class within a program builds toward a professional production.
  • Full commitment is essential; missing sessions impact individual and final performance production.
