ATTENDANCE AND PUNCTUALITY POLICY

    1. PROGRAM COMMITMENT:
      • All programs are between 4-5 weeks in duration and require full commitment.
      • Payments for full ‘pay upfront’ programs are required at registration.
      • All ‘pay weekly’ payments must be made in full by the end of the last session.
      • Each class within a program builds towards a final performance/production unless you’ve registered for
        our flex plan.
      • Missed classes cannot be made up or transferred to future programs.

 

    1. NO-SHOW POLICY:
      • Absence from any class within the program does not qualify for refunds or credits.
      • A $15 no-show fee will be charged to the card on file.
      • Missing more than one (1) class for our star or pro plans may result in removal from the final
        performance.
      • No-shows impact the entire production and fellow dancers’ progress.

 

    1. LATE ARRIVAL POLICY:
      • Students must arrive on time, or early before the class start time.
      • Students arriving more than 15 minutes late will not be permitted to join class.
      • A $10 late fee will be charged to the card on file if participants are late.
      • Late arrivals disrupt production preparation and group dynamics.
      • Students arriving more than 15 minutes late will not be permitted to join class.
      • No refunds or credits will be issued for classes missed due to tardiness.

 

    1. NOTIFICATION REQUIREMENT:
      • While notification of absence doesn’t qualify for refunds, we require 24-hour notice as a courtesy.
      • Repeated failure to provide notice may affect future session registration eligibility.

 

  1. PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT:
    • This policy exists to maintain production quality and respect for all participants.
    • Consistent attendance is crucial for performance preparation and group choreography.
